Breast Reconstruction Before & After Photos

This 44 year-old woman had received breast augmentation before she found out she had breast cancer, When she found out she would need mastectomies, she decided to meet with Dr. Smith to talk about her options. After he had examined her, he explained that she would need to have her original implants removed along with all of her cancerous tissues, and afterward, in the same Irvine breast surgery, he would be able to reconstruct her breasts using either her own tissue or a new set of breast implants.

As the photos demonstrate her breast reconstruction results match her pre-mastectomy breasts very nicely. Her new breasts are about the same size as she had before surgery, although they are a little higher and "perkier" than they were before. The scars visible in the after photo should fade over time.
