Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

39 year-old orange county female before and after breast augmentation. She had placement of 350cc moderate profile saline implants in the submuscular position. An inframammary incision was used for access to the pocket. She was interested in a breast augmentation to correct post-partum atrophy after having children and breastfeeding. Her preoperative cup size was a small B, but a significant amount of superior pole volume loss was present. A breast augmentation with saline implants was performed to correct her lack of breast fullness. She chose saline implants for personal reasons, although a similar result would have been achieved with silicone implants. Her postoperative photos are approximately 3 months after her breast augmentation procedure.
