37 year-old female before and after breast augmentation with saline implants. She wanted a natural look to enhance her breasts, which had experienced deflation after having children and breast feeding. As a patient of our Orange County office, she underwent a breast augmentation with 300cc saline implants. The implants were placed in the subpectoral location to give a natural augmentation.
