Female Patient is 33 years old, presented with looking to improve her shape and size of her breast. She is 5’4, weighing 114 pounds and is approximately an 34A cup and is looking to be a C cup. Implant styles and sizes were discussed, and the Sientra style 107 HSC Plus Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel implants were chosen with an inframammary fold incision. The patient is happy with her results and we achieved the look she was hoping for.
