Female Patient is 47 years old, presented with looking to improve the size and shape of her breast by removing and replacing her implants. She is 5’1, weighing 105 pounds and is approximately an C cup and slight natural asymmetry and is looking to be a D cup. Implant styles and sizes were discussed, and the Allergan Natrelle Inspira Smooth Round Soft Touch Full Profile implants were chosen with an inframammary fold incision. The patient is happy with her results and we achieved the look she was hoping for.
