This 29-year-old female was unhappy with the fullness and size of her breasts. She is 5 feet, 95 pounds. She was a 32 A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 250-300 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 286 cc round, Moderate profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the natural look she wanted that fit her petite frame and is very happy with her results.
