This 39 year old female came into see us for a breast augmentation.  She was a 34A and was looking to be a full B.  She is 5’3 128 pounds.  After trying on implants and using the 3D imaging machine she decided on a 286 cc silicone implant.  Using a inframmammry fold incision I placed the silicone smooth round moderate plus implant under the muscle.
