31year old female from Orange County was unhappy with the size of her breast. She was a 34 A cup and was interested in achieving a C-D cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 400-450 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and fix the asymmetry of her breast. A 400 cc implant was placed in the submuscular on the left using an inframammary incision and 425cc implant on the right. She achieved the fullness and asymmetry that she was looking for with her silicone gel implants and she is very happy with her results.
