This 19 year old female from Huntington Beach was unhappy with the fullness of her breast. She is 5 foot 4 inches and 125 pounds. She was an A cup and was interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 350-375 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 371 cc round, moderate profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the full natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
