45 year old with an active lifestyle interested in breast augmentation to improve size and fullness of her breasts, she is 5’3 and 115 pounds. She was an A cup before and wanted a full B cup, She chose a shaped silicone implant that would give her the fullness she wanted but a natural teardrop shape. A 235 cc implant was placed in the subglandular (over the muscle) plane using an inframammary incision (below the breast). The patient was very happy with her results.
