This 32-year-old mother of three was unhappy with the loss in fullness of her breasts. She is 5 foot 4 inches and 128 pounds. She was a A cup and is interested in achieving a full C cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 350-405 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and add fullness to her breasts. A 355 cc round, high profile implant was placed sub-muscular (under the muscle) using an infra-mammary incision bilaterally. She achieved the natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
