42 year old Orange County female before and after a 265cc Allergan Natrelle style 15 silicone gel breast augmentation. The implants were placed in the subpectoral position through an inframammary fold incision.  She started at a 32A and wanted a very conservative look (B cup range).  Vectra imaging and trying on implants helped her narrow down a size range of implants.
