29 year old female was unhappy with the size of her breast, she is 5’5 and is 135 pounds. She was a B cup and was interested in achieving a C-D cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with left 465cc / right 495 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants to increase her breast size and fix the asymmetry of her breast. A 495 cc implant was placed in the submuscular on the left using an inframammary incision and 465cc implant on the right. She achieved the fullness and asymmetry that she was looking for and she is very happy with her results.
