This is a 43 year old female who lives in south Orange County. She is 5’4 and weighs 130 pounds. She is unhappy with the size of her breasts and would like to be fuller. We put in 350cc silicone gel implants on the right and left side using an inframammary incision. She was a 36B and is now a 36C. She is now very happy with the size of her breasts.
