51 year old women interested in improving her breast shape after having children. She is 5’8 and weighs 145 pounds. She wanted to add more breast fullness as well as having a natural shape. She chose a round, silicone, moderate profile implant. The implants were placed in the subpectoral plane using a below the breast or infra-mammary incision. She is very happy with her results from surgery.
