26 year old female who was interested in more breast fullness. She was a 34 B-C cup and was interested in achieving a D cup size. We discussed a breast augmentation with 400 cc silicone gel implants to increase her breast size. A 400 cc implant was placed in the submuscular (subpectoral) plane using an inframammary incision (below the breast). She achieved the fullness that she was looking for with her silicone gel implants and she is very happy with her results.
