47 year old female from Orange County who was interested in a very conservative breast augmentation procedure. She did not like the amount of fullness that she had and wanted to add volume mainly in the upper breast. She did not want her result to be “obvious” and wanted to look better in bathing suits and certain clothes. We planned for a breast augmentation using 265 cc midrange profile silicone gel implants which matched her chest width and volume expectations. She is 5’6″ and weighs 125 lbs and was an A cup size. Her desired cup size was a full B cup and this is precisely what was achieved with her breast augmentation surgery. She recovered quickly from surgery and is very happy with her results from her breast implant procedure.
