This patient is a 64- year old women who has existing silicone gel implants in place. She feels her breasts are too large and has lost fullness. We discussed an implant exchange to smaller implants as well as a bilateral anchor pattern mastopexy (lift) to be performed. A 265 cc implant was removed bilaterally and then replaced with a 235cc textured, round, moderate profile implant  placed sub-muscular (under the muscle), Dr. Smith then performed an anchor pattern mastopexy (lift). She achieved the natural look she wanted and is very happy with her results.
