This is a 64 year old female who went in for a routine mammogram and found out she had right breast cancer. She decided to have a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and using a nipple sparring approach. She later had the tissue expanders taken and and replaced with 500cc silicone gel implants. She wanted to be slightly bigger than what she had.
