This is a 41 year old female who found a lump in her left breast. She first decided to have just a lumpectomy. Later she found out that they needed to re-excise her left breast because they found a larger area. She then decided to have a bilateral mastecomies with immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and alloderm using a nipple and skin sparing approach. She later had her tissue expanders removed and replaced with silicone gel implants.
