This is a 39 year old breast cancer patient who underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and alloderm. The expanders were removed and she was placed with Allergan Natrelle 410 anatomically shaped 470cc silicone implants. She is very happy with her results.
