This patient is a 50 year old woman who initially was seen in 2012.  She was unhappy with her breasts and having shoulder and back pain.  She decided on a breast reduction which was performed in March of 2012.  She returned in 2014 and after being diagnosed with breast cancer and opted for bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and alloderm.  Her expanders were removed and she was placed with Sientra round 415cc high profile silicone gel implants.  She is very happy with her results.
