Male in his twenties presented with bilateral gynecomastia tissue resulting in a “puffy nipple” look. During the consultation we discussed options. The decision of an infra-areolar excision with peripheral liposuction feathering would be done. Vaser liposuction performed during Gynecomastia Surgery resulted in a flatter chest with overall symmetry and leaving the patient with confidence.
