This is a 34 year old female. She was interested in a rhinoplasty. She wanted a noticeable but subtle change. She was unhappy with the bump on the top of her nose and felt it was too wide. We did a rhinoplasty on her to smooth out her bump and to thin her nose. This gave her the subtle change she wanted without looking like she had a nose job. She is very happy with her results.
